The course develops expertise in insulation design, installation, inspection, and corrosion under insulation prevention, as well as in standards, materials, and safety. Combining theory and practice, it prepares participants for the FROSIO insulation inspector certificate, awarded based on experience.

Building on Level 2 skills, it prepares professionals to assume full responsibility for the design and management of cathodic protection systems.
